These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the psk77 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and psk77. By completing the registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox, or by simply using any feature of the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the psk77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and psk77. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms take precedence.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and access any real-money feature of the psk77 Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
psk77 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the psk77 Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. psk77 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings generated through them.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. psk77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify psk77 support immediately via live chat.
psk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where psk77 has reasonable grounds to review Account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. psk77 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by psk77 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
All psk77 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). psk77 does not operate multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No currency conversion fees are applied by psk77 on any supported payment channel.
psk77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. psk77 will publish any changes to supported methods on the Platform with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts; however, psk77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. psk77 aims to process withdrawal requests to all supported payment channels within five minutes for fully verified Accounts. Withdrawal processing operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays. psk77 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure outside psk77's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the psk77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a Bonus Balance is active on your Account, real-money Balance withdrawals may be subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met first. psk77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual or high-value.
psk77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment channels. Members should note that their own bank or e-wallet provider may apply independent fees; psk77 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party charges.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the psk77 Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as these general bonus terms. Where specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering on games with a house edge below the threshold specified in the offer terms may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward completing the wagering requirement.
Each promotional offer specifies the Members who are eligible to claim it. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to newly registered Members making their first qualifying deposit only. Existing Members may not open a second Account to claim a welcome offer. psk77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus credited in error or claimed by an ineligible Member.
psk77 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets across multiple Accounts, using automated betting software to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, and any other strategy that psk77 determines is designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Balance and associated winnings forfeited and may be suspended.
All games on the psk77 Platform — including sportsbook, live casino tables, slot games, and togel draws — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or provably fair mechanisms supplied by licensed third-party game providers. psk77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in the respective game information panels.
All bets on the psk77 Platform are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific rules of the applicable game or market. psk77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game parameters. In the event of a system error, connectivity interruption, or technical malfunction, bets that cannot be verified as having been placed correctly will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Member's Account.
Sportsbook odds for all markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and mix parlay (accumulator) combinations — are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. In-play odds fluctuate continuously; the odds at the moment of confirmation are the final odds applied to the wager. psk77 does not accept liability for odds displayed after a bet has been placed.
Results for all togel pool draws — Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau — are sourced from the official results published by the respective pool operators. psk77 credits togel winnings to Member Accounts immediately upon verification of the official result. In the event of a dispute regarding a draw result, the official pool operator's published result is definitive.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
psk77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of claims arising from the same event shall not exceed the aggregate real-money Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.
psk77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. psk77 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
psk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where psk77 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members; or (d) psk77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Where an Account is closed by psk77 due to breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at psk77's discretion. Any Bonus Balance will be forfeited in all cases of closure for breach.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting psk77 live chat support. Upon your request, psk77 will close your Account and process any remaining real-money Balance to your registered payment method after completing any required withdrawal verification. Account closure requests made during an active wagering session will be processed upon completion or settlement of any open bets.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which psk77 is licensed and operated. psk77 does not make any representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to psk77's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
psk77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, psk77 will provide notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform before the effective date.
